Here the development cycle of our developer does not end when App goes live but it ends when we solve the real problem of our customer. Till now SocialPilot is managing Android and iOS native app but now migrating to Flutter which will help us scale with the fundamental goal of delivering the best to our customers. WHAT AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Experience in building flutter layouts and UI for Android, iOS(Mobile + Tablet). 

• Experience consuming REST API. 

• Deep knowledge of Providers and Bloc 

• At least developed 2 Flutter Applications which are made it live on Google Play Store or Apple App Store 

• Native iOS and/or Android experience is a plus. 

• Knowledge of OOP design and patterns 

• Knowledge of Functional Programming is good to have 

• Ability to debug and troubleshoot in a collaborative environment 

• CI/CD, Git, Jira, and other standard development tools

INTERVIEW PROCESS AND PREP NOTES

Online Test: Once we have reviewed your resume and cover letter, we will ask you to give an online test lasting approximately 45 minutes. If your performance in the online test is satisfactory, we will move ahead with the process. 

Knowledge Assessment: You’ll get a call from us for a telephonic interview to discuss more about your technical knowledge and career roadmap.  

Coding Assessment: You’ll get an assignment consisting of a small task to test your coding skills. 

We are moving to flutter from native apps. So, if you think you are the perfect applicant for this post, then you are expected to know it all (State Management using Provider, MVC coding style, Writing Unit test cases)
