Property Design & Management : We are developing an IoT Building Intelligence Platform that unifies building control, communication, and data analytics - which results in a number of economic and operational benefits such as energy savings, space optimisation, occupant wellbeing, productivity and more.

We are crazy about BIG data. Ultimately, it's all about creating more informed and data driven decisions. From the platform, we’d like to build powerful analytical tools to store and harvest information on various aspects of our properties (the buyers’ profiles, current value, etc.). These are the key insights to power up our decision making process in chasing the opportunities with the strongest potential to become qualified leads. 

Construction and construction management undoubtedly is one of the most archaic verticals within the property landscape. We are all set in filling the gaps and take the leading edge in embracing new-age construction technologies for faster progression, achieving shorter project deadlines and better quality of construction. From matching digital models with physical space by utilization of LiDAR technology to automated quality inspection, these are some of the innovations that hold promises within the space. 

The role

You will be the hands-on coder in the Proptech team and will support our tech objectives, capabilities and growth and disrupt the real estate market in this new and exciting space.

Your role includes;

• Design, develop, test, review, deploy, maintain and improve mobile applications in an Open Source, Agile environment;


• Managing software projects from priorities, deadlines to deliverables;


• Develop software solutions by studying needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes and investigating problem areas;


• Assess the feasibility of software solutions by evaluating available resources and project requirements

About you

• You hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Technology or an equivalent. engineering degree (or if you don’t, just go ahead and submit your CV too, we will reach you out!).


• You possess the catalyst-mindset i.e. the ability to tangibly see the future and influence the people and tech that you work with.


• You are no stranger to at least one of these languages/frameworks; Dart (Flutter), React Native or Ionic. You have written code before in a variety of different languages and enjoy learning new ones. 


• You value high quality code, best practices and you are curious to experiment and leave established paths to create something exceptional.


• You are passionate about digital innovations and you are all up to satisfy your thirst for knowledge of the latest technologies and digital innovations. 


• You have strong fundamentals in operating systems, database systems and computing networks.


• You know JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
