Pentalog is supporting the growth of a delivery startup that provides modern-day answers to meet customer’s immediate needs. This company is able to make available a great variety of products, ranging from snacks and ice cream to household goods and beers, at the click of a button.

Now, we are looking for a Mobile Developer for our Guadalajara agency.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Take the lead in the technology used in the iOS and Android consumer applications;


• Take pride in both layout and architectural design, just as a full stack developer would;


• Use the latest technology and push the team into new areas of innovation;


• Be widely versed in both mobile and web technologies;


• Engage in the debate on the right technologies, to apply them in moving the product forward;


• Mentor teammates and drive the technical architecture and design within a business domain.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor analytics to ensure the health of the system;


• Participate in cross-functional projects in an agile environment;


• Build, deploy, and maintain your own code;


• Support standard development practices across your team, including idiomatic syntax, design patterns, and Test-driven development;


• Implement and monitor analytics to ensure the correctness of the business process.

Job requirements

• 6 years of production mobile experience;


• iOS and/ or Android development skills for customer facing apps at scale;


• Production experience with Flutter or React Native;


• Very good communication skills and an advanced level of English.

Extra skills

• Knowledge of AB testing frameworks and methodologies;


• User event and exception logging, ideally with AppCenter/ App Insights;


• Understand modern web, frontend and server, and cloud applications;


• Experience with a variety of web services including REST;


• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services would be preferred;


• Familiarity with JavaScript and Node.js.
